Google Pixel 3 Lite – an affordable variant of Google’s flagship smartphones – is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2019. While Google has not confirmed any detail regarding the device, a series of hands-on images of the alleged Pixel 3 Lite have surfaced online hinting that the upcoming phone has a decent camera at an affordable price. The images are posted by a Russian tech blogger and he also shared some of the key specs of the device. Before taking about specs, take a look at the camera samples of the phone.
The photographs are taken in various lighting conditions indoors as well as outdoors.
The outdoor photographs are taken in overcast condition but the camera did a pretty good job and captured every detail.
The last image has a widescreen aspect ratio that indicates that the still shot from taken from a 4K video shot using the same phone.
These images are snapped by the prototype of the phone and the final product will offer an even better experience.
As per rumours, the device was codenamed Sargo. Earlier, various reports claimed that Google could be working on two smartphones codenamed Bonito and Sargo. In terms of specifications, Pixel 3 Lite could sport a rear camera of 12-megapixel and a selfie shooter of 8-megapixel. Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL also features the same set of lenses but there is no confirmation on whether the alleged Pixel 3 Lite will also be equipped with the same.
The alleged prototype features a 5.56-inch notch-less display with a tall aspect ratio and could sport a Full HD+ resolution of 2220×1080 pixels. The handset is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 670 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. It will possibly get a 3,400mAh battery under the hood and will be preloaded with Android 9 Pie OS.
